The rooms at Rafael Hotel And Mansion Bangkok are spacious and can easily accommodate a family of four. It felt so comfortable to have our own air-conditioned space with a fridge and a minibar. The private bathroom had a shower and came stocked with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. Selected rooms even offered a free minibar, which was a nice touch.
Personally, I found the cable TV in the room to be a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The location near to the airport. We missed our flight en we had to stay nearby. We paid 650 bath for 1 room with 2 single rooms. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Rafael is a very nice man!
The's really nothing to do in the surrounding area. You have to take a taxi or the skytrain to go to Bangkok, but we knew that on forehand, so not really a complaint.

Convenient location for Suvarnabhumi airport, with a 10min/150 THB ride. Clean rooms and fast WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff, with a personal touch. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Perfect choice for a short stay before a flight. 🍌

We just needed a cheap place to stay close to the Bangkok (bkk) airport for an early departure. Great price for 4 people and friendly staff. Safe and clean. Can't go wrong.

The hotel is ideal for anyone staying in Bangkok prior to using the airport (Suvarnabhumi) as it is located just a short drive from the airport. Furthermore, the hotel is affordable and the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport called Rafael Mansion and had a great experience. the location was convenient for us since it was just a 10, minute ride and affordable at 150 THB. the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and even called us when we forgot our iPhone. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary fresh home, baked banana muffins they offered upon check, in. When our flight was cancelled, the staff went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. the service was outstanding and made us feel at home. We would definitely choose Rafael Mansion again for our next stay.
No negatives from this place. 🙌.

The couple who run this place were great! Gave me free drinks when I left and even waved me off when I left in the taxi they called me. 5 mins from the airport cost 100 baht in a cab. All the cable channels, great shower and bed. Free noodles, coffee and water. Perfect if you have a short stopover and can't afford the novotel. The staff make the place though.

The room was clean and neat. The bed was nice and firm. The receptionist owner was extremely helpful. I liked the fact that he saved us the expense of hiring a taxi to Pattaya. The driver of an employee resided there and gave us a lift to the airport..where we got a bus ticket to Pattaya.
The surrounding area around the hotel was not inviting to walk. There was no restaurants or shops for visitors. Not pleasant.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had the amenities we needed such as air conditioning and free WIFI. the hotel's location made it easy to access nearby restaurants and tourist attractions.
The hotel is located in an area that may not be to everyone's liking. There were limited options for dining within walking distance and the surrounding area was not well-lit at night.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the hotel is amazingly good value. It's the perfect airport hotel - a short cab ride from Bangkok Airport (the cab fare should be no more than 100 baht). The fridge contained cans of coke, and there were a few snacks in the cupboards, we were told there was no extra charge for consuming these. We found that incredible given how little we paid for the room. When we left the next morning to catch our plane the owner gave us hugs, and tubs of yoghurt to send us on our way. They wouldn't accept any tips from us. A giant thumbs up for this wonderful hotel.
It's not a luxurious hotel - but it's extremely neat, clean and comfortable with good sized rooms and great water pressure and steaming hot water.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. Despite its location in an industrial area with limited things to do nearby, the prices are very affordable. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with arranging transportation and providing excellent service. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with a kingsize bed and good air conditioning. Plus, the breakfast provided was satisfying and a nice touch.
No major issues or improvements needed. All was satisfactory.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to airport. Not as isolated as map makes it look, the airport road is a large duel carriagway with many bars and restaurants, the nearest being just a five minute walk down the lane. There is a large new multi-restaurant complex a short (40 bht) taxi ride away and the airport metro link is a 70 bht taxi ride away allowing easy access to the city. We stopped for two nights between flights...ideal
